Dr Markus Beil, LL.M. (Stellenbosch) is a lawyer in our corporate team based in Munich.

He focuses his practice on Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and general corporate law. Markus advises clients on all aspects of corporate law in national, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional transactions – with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also supports clients with a broad range of general corporate matters.

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Markus worked at a US-based international law firm in Munich.
