Fun fact

History was my favourite subject at school. Coming from Belfast, I naturally developed an interest in post-conflict reconciliation, which led to a two-year stint working for an NGO in South Africa.

Our team culture

I am currently in my third seat, working in the Business Transformation department, having completed six-month rotations in Resource Management and Legal Design. Over the last year I have gained a wealth of varied experience by taking responsibility for numerous internal improvement projects, product design and ongoing stakeholder management.

In the Legal Design team, I helped facilitate multiple Design Sprint processes in pursuit of developing new client-facing products. This included developing platform wireframes and prototypes later used in client pitches. The facilitation experience in particular is something I look forward to carrying elsewhere across the business.

Whilst I was in the Resource Management team, alongside ensuring our legal teams were appropriately resourced with the right people, with the right skillsets, at the right time; I also developed automation templates to expedite a number of our internal HR processes.

Across each of my seats I have gained on-the-job training with platforms such as Power Bi, HighQ, Betty Blocks, and of course Excel.
