Pensions Regulator launches innovation support service
On May 19, 2025, the Regulator launched a new support service which it says will “unlock” pensions industry innovation with the aim of boosting saver outcomes.

Tennessee maintains an OSHA approved occupational safety and health program administered by the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development (DLWD) through its state Occupational Safety and Health Administration. While Tennessee has implemented an emergency temporary rule similar to the June 21 OSHA ETS directed to healthcare employers, it has not adopted or implemented a standard similar to the November 5, 2021, ETS directed to all employers with more than 100 employees. We except further information regarding the DLWD’s plans pending a decision by the US Supreme Court.
