We are pleased to invite you to join us at our 13th Annual European Data Protection Conference.
The conference will take place in:
An overview and update on the data and digital legislation landscape. This will include laws that have become applicable this year, like the Data Act.
2024-2025 has seen some major shifts. Litigation activity is significant in Germany and continues in jurisdictions like Italy and the Netherlands. Regulators have responded and adapted to the use of generative AI, as well as case law on automated decision-making. Global data flows are still tricky. Join us to unpack the key developments and navigate the changing risk landscape.
This session will look at the intersection of data protection and security, taking a practical approach to NIS 2 compliance. It will examine some of the complexities of compliance with this regime, including the challenges of notification without the benefit of a one-stop-shop regime.
Agentic AI has displaced generative AI as the latest buzz. This session will look at how agentic AI differs from the generative AI applications we have become familiar with. It will then take a practical look at the agentic offerings available, including low and no code platforms, and how you can manage the risks around deploying agentic AI.
We hope that you are able to join us after our sessions for lunch and networking.
