Norton Rose Fulbright advises on £543 million takeover of IMImobile PLC

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Barclays as financial adviser to Cisco Systems, Inc on its £543 million recommended cash offer for the acquisition of IMImobile PLC.

Cisco is a global leader in networking, offering a wide array of technology solutions and services across networking, collaboration, security, communications and cloud applications. IMImobile is a communications software provider whose solutions enable enterprises to automate digital customer communications and interactions to improve customer experience and reduce operating costs. 

The acquisition of IMImobile is expected to close in the first quarter of calendar year 2021. Following this transaction, Cisco will be able to provide customer-facing businesses with an end-to-end customer interaction management solution, as well as an ability to drive faster and smarter customer interactions and orchestration throughout the journey and lifecycle of the customer.
