Norton Rose Fulbright advises LOT Polish Airlines on purchase order for up to 84 Airbus A220 Aircraft

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised LOT Polish Airlines (LOT), the flag carrier of Poland, on its purchase order with Airbus Canada for 40 firm Airbus A220 aircraft with options and purchase rights for an additional 44 A220 aircraft.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team, led by London aviation finance partners Will Alete and Giles Brand and including Grzegorz Dyczkowski, Krzysztof Gorzelak and Wiktoria Jadczak in Warsaw together with Jules Charette and Marc-Olivier Plante in Montreal, advised on the review and negotiation of the aircraft purchase agreement with Airbus Canada. The team also advised on the purchase of spare engines from, and the fleet-wide engine maintenance support to be provided by, Pratt & Whitney.
