• Acting for a joint venture of institutional investors on the construction aspects of the £1 billion redevelopment of Olympia London Exhibition Centre.  

• Advising a major car manufacturer on the expansion of its UK factories to increase capacity of its production during the tender state and during negotiations with contractors. Separately, advising the client on a potential contractor’s standard terms and conditions during the tender stage for an intended framework for its UK factories.

• Acting for an UAE-based investment group on the purchase and redevelopment of an office headquarters in central London.

• Acting for an intergovernmental organisation on intended fit-out works at the new letting of their office headquarters. Preparing, negotiating and progressing the execution of relevant construction documents including the JCT DB 2024 form building contract.

• Acting for an international real estate investment management company on the construction works at a Grade II Listed UK property.*
