Con la circolare n. 6 del 27 marzo 2025, il Ministero ha fornito chiarimenti riguardo le novità introdotte dalla Legge n. 203/2024, nota come “Collegato Lavoro”, le cui modifiche sono entrate in vigore il 12 gennaio 2025.

Cogliamo dunque l’occasione per riepilogare con chiarezza le suddette novità legislative.
