Roxanne is a special counsel in the Employment & Labour team in Brisbane. She has over 13 years' experience partnering with clients – providing representation, advice and timely and practical guidance as they navigate routine to complex workplace matters.

These clients range from Local, State and Commonwealth Government entities to some of the largest corporations in Queensland and allied private sector employers (for example, education, community and not-for-profit organisations). She has proven industrial relations expertise on large scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Roxanne practices in the area of employment, labour and safety holistically, including drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements; advising on award compliance; applications to the Fair Work Commission; discrimination claims; workplace health and safety issues (including workers' compensation matters); managing ill and injured employees; management of industrial action (both protected and unprotected); termination of employment and performance matters; and HR policies and employment contracts.
