London team advises Etrading Software and its shareholders on Lloyds Development Capital investment

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Etrading Software Limited (Etrading Software) and its existing shareholders in relation to an investment by Lloyds Development Capital Limited (LDC) into Etrading Software.

Etrading Software is a global provider of technology-led solutions to global capital markets, to address highly complex and evolving market and regulatory challenges. LDC is the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.

The transaction will enable Etrading Software to continue growing its range of technology-enabled services and to expand its offering of data services internationally.

Private equity partner Sophie O’Connor, who co-led the Norton Rose Fulbright team, said: “We were delighted to support Etrading Software Limited and its shareholders on this important milestone in its journey. The transaction will help to increase market transparency and financial resilience in the capital markets.”
