Norton Rose Fulbright represents Houston American in consecutive Registered Direct Offerings

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright represented oil and gas exploration and production company Houston American Energy Corp. (Houston American) (NYSE American: HUSA) in two consecutive Registered Direct Offerings to certain institutional investors for an aggregate amount of US$3.57 million.
The first transaction closed on June 20, 2025, with gross proceeds of US$2.37 million at a purchase price of US$10.60 per share pursuant to the company’s shelf registration statement on Form S-3.
The second transaction closed on June 25, 2025, with gross proceeds of US$1.2 million at a purchase price of US$14.80 per share pursuant to the company’s shelf registration statement on Form S-3.
The net proceeds of both offerings will go towards supporting Houston American’s strategic initiatives and operational growth. This is the second and third Registered Direct Offering in which Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Houston American this year.
Houston American is focused on the exploration, development, acquisition and production of natural gas and crude oil. The company operates on more than 600,000 acres in the United States and Colombia. This includes US properties in the Permian Basin, the US Gulf Coast region, particularly Texas and Louisiana, as well as Colombian properties in the Llanos Basin.
