Alessia is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Team at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc. based in Cape Town. She specialises in banking disputes, inclusive of the domestic and international regulatory regime in relation to bank account closures for reputational risk.

She has experience in a wide range of litigation matters, with a specific focus on banking, contractual and administrative law disputes. Alessia has also assisted clients on aspects of complex corporate investigations (including lifestyle audit reviews) and corporate governance matters. Alessia has also assisted clients in corporate and commercial transactions across various sectors and has in interest in consumer markets and competition matters. She has experience in acting for a significant Industry Association on its expansion plans.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright as a candidate attorney, Alessia completed her BA Law and LLB degrees at Stellenbosch University.
