Sophia Roth practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. Sophia has experience with public and private M&A transactions, equity and debt offerings, and corporate restructuring transactions. She also assists clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure,  and general corporate matters. 

Sophia joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2021 and 2022, and completed her articles with us in 2024.
