Sajan Atwal is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on corporate, commercial and securities matters. He assists senior counsel in advising clients on a variety of business matters, including: public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, public and private equity and debt financings, and general corporate governance.

Sajan joined us as a summer articled student in 2022, returned to complete his articles in 2023 and became an associate on his call to the bar in 2024.
