Micah McDonald is a banking lawyer based in London.

Micah focuses on corporate trust transactions and advises trustees, security agents, facility agents, agents, account banks, cash managers and calculation agents on general debt, securitization, repackaging, structured finance, Islamic finance, project finance and high yield transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Micah trained at and practiced in the corporate trusts practice of another large international law firm and completed a secondment in Brazil.
