Norton Rose Fulbright advises banking syndicate on Deutsche Bank issue of tier 2 subordinated bond

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised a syndicate of nine banks on the successful issue of a tier 2 subordinated bond by Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft with a volume of 1.5 billion.

The bond, which has been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000DL19WN3), will mature in March 2032 and pay a fixed coupon of 4.00 per cent. until June 2027, as of which, subject to a call option of the Issuer, the coupon to be paid until maturity will be reset on the basis of the then prevailing five-year Euro swap rate plus a margin of 3.30 per cent.
