Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens Hamburg corporate team with counsel Dr Malte Ingwersen

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is strengthening its corporate, M&A and securities practice with the hire of counsel Dr. Malte Ingwersen, effective November 1, 2021. Malte Ingwersen will be based in the firm’s Hamburg office. He joins from Latham & Watkins. He advises on M&A transactions, with a focus on private equity transactions.
Malte Ingwersen has advised on various M&A transactions involving private equity investors, including advising Investment Partners on the sale of Schock Group or EQT and Omers on the acquisition of Deutsche Glasfaser Group.
