Hamburg team advises Ditting on joint venture for Hamburg Ipanema district project

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the Ditting Group on its joint venture with the Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft Hamburg (PEG) for the development of the Ipanema quarter project in Hamburg.
An 18,500 m² office tower and 523 apartments are to be built on the approximately 28,500 m² site. Construction is scheduled to start this year and the first residents could move in in 2023.
