Norton Rose Fulbright expands restructuring and insolvency team in Germany

Global business law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its German restructuring and insolvency practice with the arrival of Counsel David Schrader.

David, who joins the firm from Baker Tilly and who began his career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in 2012, has extensive experience in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, including self-administration proceedings, insolvency litigation and distressed M&A.
