Norton Rose Fulbright advises HanseMerkur Grundvermögen on acquisition of Euler Hermes campus

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG on the acquisition of the new building for the German central administration of credit insurance company Euler Hermes for one of its investment vehicles. The seller was Quantum Immobilien AG based in Hamburg.

The new building covering an area of approximately 26,000 square meters in total will be constructed in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. Completion is planned for the end of this year.

The Hamburg Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner Stefan Feuerriegel and also comprised partner Uwe Eppler (tax), counsel Martin Hoffmann (public law) as well as associates Sven-Christoph Riepke, Robert Mayer and Judith Kutter.

In its capacity as a professional asset manager, HanseMerkur Grundvermögen is responsible for all real estate activities of the HanseMerkur Insurance Group.
