Isabella C. Schmidt is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in our Munich office.

She has substantial experience in the fields of business and corporate law and regularly advises on complex national and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity transactions and join t ventures in the energy and technology sector. She further regularly advises on corporate structural measures, restructurings and general corporate law issues and represents our clients in corporate disputes before the courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Isabella worked in the corporate and M&A department of two international law firms in Munich.

She studied law at the University of Regensburg with a focus on employment and business law and at the University of Aberdeen with a focus on public international law and European Union law. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, she gained practical experience in the areas of Corporate and M&A at an international commercial law firm in London and Munich.
