Jennifer Fisher is a senior counsel residing in the Houston office. She has experience in a variety of corporate and transactional disciplines including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and financing, corporate governance, as well as the representation of financial institutions and corporate trustees in asset securitization and collateralized debt offerings. Jennifer represents insurance companies in underwriting M&A representation and warranties insurance and transactional liability policies.
