Munich | 17. November 2022 – 18. November 2022We are running a 2 day LMA documentation course in November. If you would like to join the course, please check whether spots are still available via the registration button above.
Our LMA Documentation Course will be facilitated by Rebecca Oliver, our Head of Banking Knowledge based in London, together with various members of our Banking team in Germany. The first full day will cover the basic elements of understanding loan agreements and negotiating the key provisions, suitable for those quite new to loan documentation. The second half day will focus on some of the key differences between English and German law relevant to debt finance and a negotiation case study and be suitable for both beginners and those with more experience of loan documentation.
