Norton Rose Fulbright bolsters its real estate offering with two new partners in Paris

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that David Lacaze and Isabelle Augais have joined as partners in its real estate team in Paris.
David and Isabelle, who join from Herbert Smith Freehills’ (HSF) Paris office, will support and lead on cross-border transactions involving real estate assets, strategic investments, joint ventures, hospitality acquisitions and dispositions as well as asset management.
Together, David and Isabelle have a strong history in real estate M&A, transactional work and asset management, and have acted for financial institutions, investment funds and operators as well as hospitality owners.
Over the course of his career, David, who headed HSF’s Paris real estate team and prior to this was a partner at Paul Hastings for over a decade, has advised a range of international and domestic clients. His expertise is in real estate investment, fund formation and private equity with a particular focus on the hotel and logistics sectors.
Isabelle, who was also at Paul Hastings prior to HSF, has considerable experience in advising French and international clients across a wide range of real estate transactional matters. She has dealt with and led on complex real estate investments with a special focus for the hospitality and leisure sectors.
