Biography
Charlotte Hornby is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. She specialises in corporate and commercial disputes, with particular expertise in complex contractual disputes, company/corporate matters (including shareholder, board and JV disputes), M&A disputes, and civil fraud. She has experience in the High Court and arbitration under all major arbitral rules. She is also adept at pre- and mid- litigation strategy and positioning, alternative dispute resolution, and settlement.
Charlotte’s work is typically cross-border. She has experience in a range of jurisdictions, including the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia.
