Minoti Makwana is an Australian-qualified antitrust and competition lawyer based in London.

Minoti advises clients on a range of EU, UK and Australian competition law issues. She has worked across a number of different sectors, with particular focuses in the financial, telecommunications and technology and innovation sectors. Her work has included multi-jurisdictional merger control, competition litigation, ACCC investigations, and advice on joint ventures, information sharing and abuse of dominance. In 2021, Minoti spend six months on secondment to HSBC.
