Esteé Van Rooyen is a Real Estate lawyer based in Johannesburg who is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.

She focuses on residential, commercial transfers, mortgage bonds and various property related conveyancing transactions.

She joined the firm in January 2019 and holds a LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg and is in the process of being admitted as a Notary.

Her experience includes registration of mortgage bonds, the transfer of freehold, leasehold properties, divorce transfers, deceased estate transfers, subdivisions and consolidation of properties at the various deeds registries. She is also involved in the drafting of a variety of property related agreements.
