Norton Rose Fulbright advises Fattal Hotel Group on Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz transaction

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised hotel company Fattal Hotel Group on a sale and leaseback transaction of its Leonardo Royal Berlin Alexanderplatz hotel to Art-Invest Real Estate.

The Federal Police’s former headquarters was completely renovated in 2009 and is now used as a central-Berlin hotel. It has an area of 18,500 m2, 346 rooms and 11 conference rooms. Leonardo Hotels will continue to operate the property under a new 25-year lease agreement.
