Norton Rose Fulbright expands data protection and IT team with new Hamburg lawyer

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has today announced its hire of Dr Ingemar Kartheuser, who joins as Counsel in February and will be based in Hamburg.

Dr. Ingemar Kartheuser joins from Linklaters, and advises clients on technology law, data and secrecy protection law as well as IT contract law. His practice focuses on the implementation of technology projects such as cloud projects and outsourcing, the handling of data protection infringements and digital health projects.

Dr Christoph Ritzer, head of the German IT and data protection law practice, commented:
