Norton Rose Fulbright represents the first Arab technology company to list on Nasdaq New York in a merger with SPAC

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Anghami on the closing of its merger with Vistas Media Acquisition Company Inc. (VMAC), a US-based special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The deal marks a milestone in Nasdaq listings, as Anghami is now the first Arab technology company to list on Nasdaq New York.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Anghami is the leading music streaming service in the Middle East and North Africa with the largest catalog comprising of more than 72 million songs and licensed content from leading Arabic labels, independent artists and distributors, available for more than 75 million users. The platform also features music from major international labels such as Universal, Sony and Warner. Anghami is the first legal music streaming platform and digital distribution company in the Arab world.
