Milan advises 4D Global Energy Investment on the sale of Rosehope Limited

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised 4D Global Energy Investment PLC (4D Global), on the sale of the entire share capital of Rosehope Limited to Rosehope Italia S.r.l., a company owned by one of 4D Global’s managers. Banco BPM S.p.A. provided financing for this management buy-out (MBO) transaction.
4D Global is a private equity group focused on the energy sector. Rosehope Limited, a holding company incorporated under Irish law, holds the entire share capital of several Italian companies operating in the gas, chemicals and commercial heating and cooling systems sectors.
