Terago Networks Inc. enters into credit facilities in the aggregate amount of $50,000,000

On June 6, 2014, Terago Networks Inc. entered into credit facilities in the aggregate principal amount of $50,000,000. The transaction was entered into by Terago Networks Inc., as borrower, and National Bank of Canada, as agent and lender. The credit facility was guaranteed by Terago Inc., the parent company of Terago Networks Inc.
