Nomad Hotel and Suites in Fort McMurray

Counsel to Temple Hotels with respect to the expropriation of a portion of lands comprising the Nomad Hotel and Suites in Fort McMurray to build an entertainment complex by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. The project has been cancelled, and we are seeking further compensation for Temple Hotel from the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
