Niko Resources Ltd. sale of its interest in 7 Indonesian PSCs

On October 27, 2014, Niko Resources Ltd.("Niko"), an India and South East Asia focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announced the sale of its interests in seven Indonesian production sharing contracts for cash consideration of C$31 million, with further payments of up to C$56 million contingent on future exploration success.  The sale was completed by way of a definitive agreement with a subsidiary of Ophir Energy plc.
