Georgian Partners launch Growth Fund III LP

We acted as external Canadian securities and tax law counsel with respect to the launch of Georgian Partners Growth Fund III, LP and Georgian Partners Growth Fund III (International), LP, parallel private equity funds that invest in equity and equity-related securities of growth stage software companies.
