Montreal and Toronto advised Bank of America on credit facility to Berry Global, Inc.

Our Montreal and Toronto offices acted as Canadian counsel for Bank of America, as Agent, in respect of the amendment and restatement of its senior secured credit facility to Berry Global, Inc. and its affiliates. 

Berry Global is a Fortune 500 global manufacturer and marketer of plastic packaging products.
