Nordegg Resources Inc. completes $10 million equity offering

Nordegg Resources Inc., a private company engaged in the exploration for, and development of, oil and natural gas in western Canada, initiated a non-brokered private placement of common shares to existing shareholders in April, 2014. The issue was fully subscribed with the Corporation receiving $10 million of proceeds for the issuance of 20 million common shares. Closings occurred between April 29, 2014 and May 16, 2014.
