Tourmaline issues C$250m in senior unsecured notes
Our Calgary office assisted the agents on Tourmaline Oil Corp.’s inaugural issuance of C$250m senior unsecured notes. The notes were issued at a fixed rate of 2.077 percent per year and will be due January 25, 2028.
Proceeds of the offering will be used to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
