Calgary advises dealers on the financing of $1bn of Medium Term Notes
Calgary office acted as counsel to a syndicate of dealers led by CIBC World Markets Inc. in connection with TransCanada PipeLines Ltd’s $1bn Medium Term Notes offering.
CIBC World Markets Inc. is the investment banking subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. The firm operates as an investment bank both in the domestic and international equity and debt capital markets.
The team was led by Marcus Archer, Jason Giborski, and Kyle Johnson.
