Toronto advised Bank of America, N.A. on sixth amended credit facility for Combined Metals of Chicago, L.L.C., Combined Metals of Michigan, L.L.C. and certain of their Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries

Our Toronto office acted as Canadian counsel to Bank of America, N.A. in its capacity as sole lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent in the sixth amendment and restatement of the senior secured term and revolving credit facility in the principal amount of US$138m.
