RK Mine Finance in the establishment of C$120m credit facility

Our Ottawa and New York offices advised RK Mine Finance in connection with the establishment of a C$120m credit facility in favour of Norcrest Metals Inc., a Canadian mining company pursuing the construction of the Las Chispas Project located in Sonora, Mexico. Financial Close was achieved on December 31, 2020, with an initial draw of C$30m, with subsequent draws conditional on the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent. We leveraged out cross-border expertise in connection with the local law diligence and security requirements.
