Calgary advised ExxonMobil Canada on C$78m claim for alleged breach of a right of first refusal

In August, 2017, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by Northrock Resources from the dismissal of a $78 million claim for damages against ExxonMobil Canada for alleged breach of a right of first refusal.
