Our Montréal office acted as counsel to the syndicate of agents co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. on the distribution by Aéroports de Montréal of C$500m principal amount revenue bonds, Series R, due April 21, 2050. The distribution of bonds closed on April 21, 2020.
