Quebec City and Montreal advised Coveo Solutions Inc. on C$100m investment from Elliott Management

Our Quebec City and Montreal offices are advising Coveo Solutions Inc. on C$100m investment from Elliot Management Corp. Elliot Management Corp., a US investment giant, has purchased a 27 percent stake in the company, through its Silicon Valley-based private equity arm, Evergreen Coast Capital. The deal values Coveo at C$370m.

Based in Quebec, Coveo Solutions Inc. is a fast-growing enterprise subscription software company.

The team included François Duchesneau, Pierre Nicol, Emmanuel Grondin, Antoine Desroches (tax), and Sarah Leclerc.
