Susan Cowell Comments on President Obama's Clean Power Plan in Power Finance and Risk

Susan Cowell discussed with Power Finance and Risk how likely President Obama's Clean Power Plan, which sets out a 32 percent cut in power plant carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 from 2005 levels, will be opposed in the courts.

"I don't think we need to see any details to predict that it will be heavily litigated," Susan said.
