Two Norton Rose Fulbright partners in Top 28 Acritas StarsTM global report

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is proud to announce that 96 of its lawyers have been named Acritas StarsTM in an independent global report which recognizes stand-out lawyers, according to client nominations.
Only 28 lawyers globally out of more than 5,500 received three stars or more.
Norton Rose Fulbright partners Jonathan Herbst (London) and Walied Soliman (Toronto) were two of them.
Both stood out as exceptional lawyers according to interviews conducted with more than 3,000 global senior in-house counsel.
Jonathan Herbst, global head of financial services, was praised by clients for his particular “knowledge, expertise, reactiveness and commerciality.”
Walied Soliman, recognized in Canada as the “leading expert for takeover defence and shareholder activism,” is the co-chair of the Canadian special situations team, which encompasses the country’s leading hostile M&A, activism and complex reorganization transactions.
Acritas developed an independent assessment and created the rankings at the request of clients globally. It recognizes lawyers who are "expert, quick, commercial and integrated."
Acritas StarsTM are selected by clients who directly work with nominated lawyers and pay for their services. Each lawyer is independently rated and there is no influence from law firms.
