Biography

Aditya Badami is an insolvency and restructuring lawyer in our London office.

Aditya's practice focuses on insolvency, financial restructuring, and complex business litigation. He advises debtors, creditors, and insolvency professionals in Canadian and UK insolvency proceedings. As a securities litigator, Aditya has experience representing boards of directors in options backdating disputes and in securities class actions.

Originally based in Calgary, Aditya is currently practising in our London office. He previously practised law at international law firms in Toronto and Calgary.  Aditya also teaches law at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law.
