Sierah McDowall
Biography
Sierah McDowall is currently developing her practice in all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissal, occupational health and safety, and human rights.
Sierah joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2022 and returned to complete her articles in 2023 after receiving her J.D. degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. During her articles, she completed a secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
While in law school, Sierah served as a research assistant for the Feminist Judgments Project Canada and volunteered with a community legal clinic. She also led various diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through her work as an executive member of the Black Law Students Association, Osgoode Chapter.
