Lauren Kubica is an associate on the banking and finance team in our Calgary office. Lauren acts for both lenders and borrowers on national and cross-border transactions.

She has experience on syndicated and bilateral financings, reserve and asset-backed lending, project financings, and acquisition financings.

Lauren joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with us in 2024.
