Dr Simon Weppner is a lawyer and tax advisor based in our Düsseldorf office, specializing in corporate tax law. 

He advises national and international clients on project-oriented tax planning, M&A transactions, group tax optimization, structured financing and real estate acquisitions. His clients include large companies, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices and high net worth individuals. Simon also has extensive experience advising insurance companies, underwriters and brokers on tax risks in connection with W&I/R&W insurance and specific tax policies. He has been active in this rapidly evolving field for over a decade.
